Parents,
Your children deserve your love,
Your care,
And your respect.
It’s your duty to provide them
With a safe and loving environment.
After all, you brought them here;
They didn’t ask to come here.

Remember that
As much as they need you now,
You will need them later.
So you’re setting the standard
For how they will treat you
When you’re older.
Be kind to them,
Be patient with them,
Be there for them
And show them
Just how much you love them.

You reap what you sow,
So be nice.
Once a man
Twice a child;
We walk this road twice.
When the circle comes back full,
Make sure your payment is kind.
